Terms of use
Draft for the test period, 30 October 2026. A lawyer has not read it yet; it will change before Darplan opens to everyone.
These terms are between you and Darplan (contact: [email protected]). By using the website or the app, you accept them.
The service
Darplan turns what you give it into a 3D home you can change and furnish. It is in test: it is free, it may change, and parts of it may stop. We will say so on this site before we start charging for anything.
What you upload stays yours
Your plans, photos, sketches and messages stay yours. You let us store and process them only to build and show your home, and to keep the service running. Upload only what you own or have the right to share. If you share a link to your home, anyone with that link can see it.
Sizes, checks and advice
Darplan is a planning tool. Sizes read from photos are estimates until measured, and every size shows its label. Locks and flags on walls, columns, stairs, plumbing or gas say what usually needs a professional; they are not an architect’s or an engineer’s opinion. Before you build, renovate or buy, a qualified professional confirms, and you measure.
Furniture and prices
Pieces and prices come from stores and carry the date they were seen. They can change; the store’s own page is the one that counts. An affiliate link is labelled as one, and a commission never changes which piece fits or how pieces are ranked.
Fair use
Do not use Darplan to break the law, to upload what is not yours to share, to overload or attack the service, or to copy it at scale.
Limits
The service is given as it is, during a test. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made from an estimate or a flag, or for losses from the service being unavailable.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms; the date above will change and important changes will be shown in the app first. You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the privacy policy).
Still to set
The company that runs Darplan and the law that applies will be written here once the company is set up.
