How it works
What can I start from?
A listing screenshot, a floor plan (a photo, a scan or a PDF), a hand sketch with the sizes you wrote on it, photos, or one sentence such as “3 bedrooms, 95 m², living room facing south”. Put it in the one bar on the first screen.
How long does it take?
A sentence or a sketch gives a first 3D home in seconds. A full floor plan takes a few minutes to read today; rooms appear one by one while you wait.
How do I change something?
Type it in the chat, in plain words: “make the living room bigger”, “open the kitchen”. It applies at once and one tap undoes it. If nothing could move, Darplan says so and why.
Why is a wall locked?
Walls, columns and stairs marked as structure stay locked, and Darplan tells you why. Darplan flags things; before you build, your architect or engineer confirms.
Sizes and labels
What do [measured], [estimate] and [guess] mean?
[measured]: you typed it, or it is written on your plan. [estimate]: worked out from the plan, for example from its doors or the listing’s area. [guess]: typical sizes, until something checks it. Every size shows its label.
How exact are sizes from a photo?
They are ranges, shown with a ± until you measure. Measure one wall with a tape and type it: every room is rescaled from it.
What does the meter count?
Only checked facts: rooms you confirmed in the guided walk, a wall you measured, facts you said. Tap it to see what is missing for 100 %.
Feet or metres?
A plan or listing in feet gives feet and inches in most places; some screens still show m². Metric plans stay metric.
Furniture and prices
Where do the pieces come from?
Real store pieces, at the size on their spec sheet. In the US and Canada: IKEA and Article today. The example home uses Moroccan stores, in dirhams.
Are the prices current?
Each price carries the date it was seen in the store. Prices move: check the store before you buy.
Do stores pay you?
A store link that is an affiliate link is labelled as one. A commission never changes which piece fits or how pieces are ranked.
Privacy
Where do my plans and photos go?
They are used to build your home and nothing else: not public, not sold, not used for ads. To read a plan or a photo, the image is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, through its paid API. Privacy policy.
How do I delete my data?
Write to us and say which home or which email. We delete it and write back when it is done.
Does this website track me?
No. This website sets no cookies and loads no tracking scripts.
Where and on what
Does it work in the US and Canada?
Yes, they are our first markets, in English and French, with prices in US or Canadian dollars.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet; it comes later. On an iPhone, use the browser version: it is the same app.
And Android?
The Android app is in a small closed test. The browser version works on any Android phone today.
Do I need an account?
No. Your homes are linked to the browser you used; there is no account yet to find them on another device.
